Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the shipment and let us know if you prefer a refund or an exchange.
Returns are only accepted on items we receive within 30 days of the original purchase date. Orders are required to maintain the 48 minimum. Any returns that result in not maintaining the 48 minimum will be charged full retail price.
Returns are never a problem. Just return the item(s) in its original unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a prompt refund or exchange for the full price of the merchandise less a 20% restocking fee. If this takes your order below the 48 minimum full price will be instituted for the unreturned items in the case of returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping to TheTieConnection.com. Exchanges are shipped back to the customer from TheTieConnection.com at regular shipping rates paid by the customer.
Please insure that the merchandise is neatly packaged in the original packaging. Unfortunately, returns that arrive damaged or dirty will be charged a $15.00 processing fee for each item not in original condition. TheTieConnection.com does not reimburse return shipping, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly recommend if you are returning an item to purchase insurance.
If possible, please use the original packaging for your return. If unable, then please use a quality carton or bag. Send to us via the Post Office with insurance. Always keep your receipt until your exchange arrives safely to you or your refund appears on your statement.
Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your return. You are responsible for insuring that your return or exchange reaches us in the required 30 days. TheTieConnection.com will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. If you refuse delivery of your order, you authorize TheTieConnection.com to charge your credit card a fee of $20.00 to cover the return cost and restocking of the refused package.
